I try to cancel my appointment but your website isn't update to help the peoples to cancel there appointment
I got got my token no but but mistake I haven't remember my reference no so when ever I am going for cancellation it ask for reference no .so if somebody hasn't write his reference why you should not sending his reference no through his email.

Tried to make appointments online but when you select the date it doesnt have any time available it says nothing at all have tried all the dates that are available in november and their is nothing coming up for december so how am i supposed to make an online booking... plus tried to phone and the line is always busy...
The service was okay better than what it used to be like,got my cards back within 4 weeks. The problem is I have got 1 card which expires after 3years and 1 after 6years I thought they were for 10years. And every time I am ringing them they are not picking up which is annoying.
Had lost my appointment details including token number. Rang several times and email several times but have received no response.
IT'S DISGUSTING .

Ishfaq either knows some of pakistan consulate staff or he is in never never land. Never is any of he said true. He can never know what he is talking about. The consulate staff are unhelpful and total rubbish, this is the kindest sentance i can think of them. If it was a British establishment, they would be made illegal and all the staff shot.
I recently made an appointment online for a nadra card but because my laptop shut down for some reason I couldn't note down the reference number or token number. I've tried ringing but no one answers and I have emailed them but no reply. The website doesn't allow me to make another appointment either. What should I do?
i have a british pastport and so does my daughter could anyone tell me what things i need to get visa for my daughter please as we r going to pakistan to visit family
