Birmingham consolate tried to book appointment no dates Sep & Oct totally blank November doesn't even show ridcilous. Tried Bradford gave local (any) address got the appointments good atmosphere bit stiff (but not arrogant, like Birmingham) attitude. Get your appointment (& remember Ur token No.) When U go there notify at the counter. Ur token No. will be called, give ur details pay up and get sorted. Don't forget to take photocopy of pasports & birth certificate for younger kids also nadra card of a blood relative {brother sister mum dad or husband (not wife's)}
No need to pay for agents

I totaly disagree wid Sumar hussain's comment if it is bad to post a comment on other it should be bad to read it as well. Do U think all the British Pakistanis have a agenda against Pakistani conslate. No its the experience they have whether consulate or PIA same thing check the web for it majority of Pakistani official have do have this negative superemacy attitude for which most of us hate & dread going to the conslate. Website not enough & clear info try phoning them no answer tell'm there is something called answer machine & leave a message will call U back but who wants to for there job these people are there to chill and have HARRAM. We are not judging we are sharing our experience and conslates bad attitude

Read comments of shabir khan. What right does Shabir have to call others idiot except his arogncy & ideocy. if one has bad experience which is very likely then will coment. Why don't U get rid off your arogancy. Go to any UK govt. See how they talk to you wid smile & helpfulness you will hardly find (shabir's word) a idiot there where as Pakistani (any office) rare to find a good guy not that therte aren't any

I am very disgusted by comments made by people regarding the attitude of staff they think they are God or Minister, it is the thinking of any individual depending on their mind set.
The consulate is providing good service to every customer, and as far as the phone lines are concerned all calls are answered.

Corrupt and inefficient
Please God don't let anyone go there, they are rude arrogant take bribes from agents and the clerks think they are God.
That lady Kubra who thinks she is a minister and used be a bank clerk is a prime example of arrogance and rudeness. She treats customers like cattle and her arrogant disposition puts people off right away.

I have been trying to contact you for the past 2 weeks ringing between 3 and 5pm like it says on your website and nobody flippin answers the god damn phone!!!!! I have been going on the website to try and track my passport that I went to bradford to get renewed but surprise surprise the website doesn't recognise my token number. Please answer the bloody phone!!
