very bad service all around & computer systems don't work
Very rude and arrogant staff, no organisation in the office and waiting room is a tip. Feels worse than going into the office abroad. Complaints don't rectify anything, there is no order in the office. Most of all they do not give correct and appropriate advice. No written information is available. The prices of visa, documents and cards are ridiculous. Very bad service from a CONSULATE that takes in millions from their bad service- bad all around.

typical pakistani mentality
Not unhelpfull. Totally rude. They have no manners or respect for people who go to Pakistan consulate Bradford. How did they get these jobs? Even animals have better manners than these people!

Nadra card
First of all the Bradford consulate could do with a good clean up. First impression I was not impressed could do with decorating the whole place. Secondly it is very chaotic and un organised. There is no help desk only if someone who works in there walks past that is if your lucky to be fair customer service has improved since I last visited three years ago. There's one counter for nadra card applications and about 20 other people with the same time slot as yours even though you have booked your appointment on line.could do with more help desks and someone to explain where to go what to do next feel like you are going forwards and backwards.

Appointments System and service
Appointment and cancellation of appointment system works very well.
There is no Help Desk in the office to answer queries. You have to chase one of the staff member walking about in the office for any information. Even though Token Numbers are issued when appointment are made but applicants queue and served in front of the NADRA and PASSPORT Counters out of sequence of Token Numbers. There appears to be chaos everywhere. All applicants seeded to be impatient, in hurry and are not prepared to wait for their turn. No procedural instructions are displayed in the premises.
However disorganised system is WORKING and the JOBS are DONE and for this HATS OFF.
