Comments on this Consulate
I've been trying to get hold of staff at the Birmingham Consulate for hours and no is prepared to answer the phone. This must be the worst case of customer service i have witnessed.
I work for a local authority and belive me there is a world of difference between how we function and relate to our customers and the service that is provided by the Birmingham Consulate.
I can't say that i understand how they operate in Pakistan (you've just got to live with it) but when we're here in England surley we must mend our ways. I guess you can take the Pakistani out of Pakistan but not Pakistan out of the Pakistani. Very sad indeed.
I've been trying to book appointments for NICOP for my kids but the system won't allow, can put it in all the details but when it comes to choose a date in the calendar it won't let you select the date. Have tried so many times but no luck so far. We are traveling in December so needs to sort this, I would request to look into the system and get it straight but this is so annoying.

Can any one tell me how to get nadra card when you can't make a apointment and no body answer's the phone
Phone answering
Spent 10 minutes waiting on phone to be answered. Still no answer. With all the other comments I think nobody is reading these comments.....still waiting in phone....'phone message saying the other person has cleared.'
I am asking kindly please read our constructive comments so that your service can improve.
