Trying to book a appointment online takes all my details and then you can't book a date because the calendar only goes to December and it looks like it is full...tried ringing but no one picks up what sort of joke is this.....you need to sort your system out , it doesn't exactly give good representation of the Pakistani embassy. My nadra card runs out in three months which should be plenty of time to arrange an appointment but no not for the Pakistani embassy. The old system was better , you simply filled in a form and handed it in to the office and awaited a reply. I thought change was meant to be a way to make the system simpler not more difficult.

Wronge appointment System online.No one get appointment in this year (2015) Car park only Thirteen Cars. Always Pakistan Gov,t get the Building on Rent. Best for Pakistan.Kashmiri peoples in united kingdom says,Buy the Lands and Building,But change new name Kashmir House and Kashmir Flag on the Building. Consulate and worker only Kashmiri.

2 days 36 calls to offices on first day / numerous attempts to book online/ no update info on the new location on internet ,so a visit to the old site- greeted with padlocked building. ran to local mosque for mobile surgeries- another joke (need appointment)

log onto www.phclondon.org and follow the links for whatever you want - in whichever consulate you want - whether its making an appointment for a nicop card or a machine readable passport. I have had no problem except that the appointments always run late! Still, its better than queing outside the birmingham consulate for 4/5 hours! be aware though, that a particular date may not be available at one time, but keep checking periodically because then some earlier dates become available - probably when someone cancels their appointment. Good Luck

Spent 10 minutes waiting on phone to be answered. Still no answer. With all the other comments I think nobody is reading these comments.....still waiting in phone....'phone message saying the other person has cleared.'
