problems with appointment booking process
Your online service to book appointments does not work.
Your no. Is constantly engaged.
Others have notified you so why has this not been rectified.
I expect no one reads these messages either.

booking nicop appt no dates and no one answers the phone
So trying to book appt everything fine till date selection then NOTHING... at least have the decency to answer the phones to answer this query.... shocking customer service..dunno why I'm surprised tbh..

ID Card renewal Fee
Ihave checked online for the fee and it said 1500PKR, while i am apploying from UK. Can anybody tell me how much fee in UK POUND

u can apply online for renewal of nicop card
http://id.nadra.gov.pk/renew-id/

but u need a scanner too for your finger prints to be sent through

Try to book appioment on line and try phoning too
I be try to call Birmingham nadra office and email too no reply so I am go to make
I speacil trip in to Birmingham to try and book a appioment for me to renew my ID card
I had my first card made in Pakistan and I was in shock how quick it took and here in uk no one want to up pick the phone
