They don't do there job (never mind good or bad). You are thinking of complaining to high command in Pakistan, what, you think they are idiots ocopieing the office of course...
Make an appointment with Bradford, giving a address of bradford. When you attend the appointment then give your own address. Been (few of us, 6/8 times) there, had a relatively good experience. Hope it helps
i applied forthe nadra card on 26.08.15, to date have received nothing. trying to call and the phones engaged or they simply wont pick up . who can i report this lax service to anyone know ??
Can here make comuterised pakistani passport
I could not get appointment for NADRA for months so went to Birmingham consulate and they cannot give an appointment you just have to keep trying as they close the appointments when they get too full.But yes I sent emails, faxes, rang them for hours on end in the end I had to go there but no appointment.

I have been trying to book an appointment for weeks now !! The so called new system does not work and neither do the staff by the looks of it !! Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails !! What is wrong with these useless people ... Am totally and utterly disgusted by the whole setup... They should all be sacked and replaced by people that have manners and the desire to work and not just people who what to rob the Pakistani community of their money and provide nothing in return.. Do they not fear Allah ,,

erytime I call the embassy no body answers the phone can I ask why. This is not professional. Plz answer call. I will be writing to Pakistan high commands to complain. About Birmingham branch. Also I will be in contact with UK officials.
