THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am SO DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. I simply asked how to renew my Mauritian passport in Melbourne as I let it expire for a couple of months and they hung up on me or said you should go to canberra it's easier can't do it it. I am not proud calling myself Mauritian here in Australia.

Poor customer service and obnoxious individual
You think that you will get that kind of customer service only in Mtius with our public officers but guest what? Even in foreign countries they feel they have the right to be rude and unhelpful. I rang J.Alex to know the steps to get a name change on my passport but ended with this response "non pa faire ça ici ou bisin guet Canberra". Curiously, I asked what matters does the Melbourne consultat look into and received again a rude response from him - "ça mo pa obligé dir ou ça". What a pity and disgrace to have someone like this representing our country. Let me remind you that it's through our tax contributions that your wages are getting paid every month so you are ACCOUNTABLE to the public.

Just had a phone conversation with you. I have never thought I was going to speak to such a rude person who even hang up the phone on me. Shame to have someone like you to represent Mauritius in Melbourne.
