Hi Everyone,
Well i never though that in Australia things were out of control. I came to visit my wife here in Australia and wanted to stay so we decided to apply for a partner visa, all document where ready as per checklist but because of a condition "8503: No further stay" they told me that we can't do it here and i need to go back to apply offshore and wait for 1 year to get a reply.
How stupid is that as they only have to remove this condition and i apply onshore but NO.
They think that the air ticket from Mauritius to here is paid by our government or by rich people.
That is what i wanted to share.
