Mr Ambassador;
I am a Syrian citizen, from Tartous.I have a master's degree in English literature. I'm married and I have two children; a girl who is 9 years and a boy who is 5 years old. My wife is a teacher of biology . I believe in the civil society. I was obliged to leave my country because `The Air Forces` has wanted to arrest my wife and me and put us in the prison. Now, I'm living in Ankara and my living situation is so bad. I don't have any health insurance . My situation is so bad because it's not allowed to me to work here because I do not have a passport or a permission from the Turkish government to work. Besides, the Turkish government does not accept my daughter at the Turkish official schools because she does not have a passport. I'm so afraid about the educational future of my children. Please, just see my children and after that you will take the right decision . I request you to meet you and I will explain my situation to you . I request from majesty to accept me as a refugee. This is my phone number 00905397264485 . Email: km90497@gmail.com
Thank you very much,
Hasan Osman

Tourist Visa
IDATA was of no help to a foreigner living in Istanbul (they told me to go back to my home country to get the Visa) As such, I emailed the Italian Consulate and they were amazing, taking the time to listen to what my situation was ... They processed my visa efficiently and speedily, allowing me to visit their amazing country twice in six months. Grazie mille.

Very upset from Italian consulate in Istanbul.
My name is Olga, I am Russia and currently living in Istnbul. Here i am living as a touris and the same time studying Turkish in TOMER. One week ago we with my bf decided to go to Rome to visit it and to see vatican either. I came to Italian consulate in Istanbul not far from Taksim and asked what documents i need to collect to go to Italy. Aslo i asked if it is a problem if i am citizen of Russia and have ikamnet but want to travel to visit italy for 5 days. A person at the entrance said its not a problem. We with my bf collected all nessasary documents and went forstly to Kadakoy to apply for viza. There worker were saying to us different information about pplication then we went to the main office to apply there. In main office i was said that i will ve refused to get viza coz i am not working in Turkkey. And i am have an account in bank, studying turkish, seriouse persone and i was behaved absolutely not respected there. We bought tickets and reserved hotel. Inspite of that everything they said wount get viza! =( So i highly reccomend all people not to go to Italy and be carefull with italiyan ppl. Before i went to Italy one time so we were taken fine for 100 Euro coz we did t put holles on tickets. And at that stop where we bought tikcet for metro was no any machean to put holles. That ppl who were controling tikcets did t care our explanations they just wanted money. After weeing such a behavour I adont want to go to Italy and will be reccomending to ppl not to go to Italy. Very negative impresion after Italy.
