Dear Sir/Madam
I am an Iranian that was born in Italy, Rome in 1978, and lived in Rome until 1979 with my parents .My father who was working in Iranian embassy then (1976-1979) got an ID card for me from the Iranian embassy in Italy at the time. I have all the documents including birth record from a hospital in Rome. I want to know if it is possible for me to be considered an Italian citizen since I was born in Italy, if so what is the process and what can I do in order to get Italian citizenship.

I am writing this mail to asking some question about Italian visa process.
I give my admission from one of Italian university.I am an Iranian citizen but now I live temporarily in Northern Cyprus.I want to know dose Italy have embassy or consulate in Northern Cyprus?or if it dose not is it possible I refer to Italian consulate in Istanbul instead of refer to Italian embassy in Ankara(because it is easy for me travel to Istanbul any time)?
Please send me some information about the required documents for getting educational visa for Italy as soon as possible.

I have a invitation from one of my Italian friend. He is a business man in Italy. I come from Bangladesh, I am a Founder and self employed of Trust College, Dhaka. Bangladesh. Professionally I am a Teacher. In my Trust college I am Principal and Head of Institute. But Turkmenistan we dont have italian embassy, and if it possible I want visa from Italian Embassy in Istanbul, Please let me know about it.
