Respected sir,

I am jesin james , India Passport holder with passport . Now I am in India. I have got admission to Politecnico Di Milano, Italy for doing my higher studies. I had attained my Bachelors from National Aerospace University “KhAI”- Ukraine during 2013 - 2017 in Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering. I have completed my pre enrollment procedure. Now that I have to get started with my DOV procedure, I came to know that it would be done at Italian Embassy in Ukrain and that it cannot be done in India. Before coming from Ukraine I had got my degree certificate and diploma supplement apostle.

Please provide me details on how to proceed for the DOV?
What all documents are to be submitted, how long it would take?
Also mentioning that i have diploma supplement from Ukraine so is DOV needed for Italy Visa...
Please reply
