I am libyan Bussnise man I need to renew my visa where I have get visa many times for one year multi and last visa was expired at 31-12-2014 , So what I shold I make to get one year visa where I working with many italen companies and I have residintion visa in turkey this time .

1 year multiple visa
Dear Sirs, I am a manger of a company in Istanbul holding Iranian passport with work permit in Turkey and work with some Italian companies.
My wife is also student in Turkey. I want to apply for a multiple entry 1 year visa for my wife and I, it is business to me and visit to my wife we also want to travel with our own car. is this possible to apply for it and should the inviting company mention the name of my wife in invitation letter?

I am Iranian. I want to apply for a student visa. Could I apply from the Italian embassy in Turkey? Should I have a Turkish visa? I don't live in Turkey.
