I NEED TO PROCURE A TAWKEEL FROM YOUR CONSULATE. HOWEVER MY EGYPTIAN PASSPORT EXPIRED SEPTEMBER 29 2010. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES, CAN I STILL APPLY FOR THE TAWKEEL.

Egyptian Pounds
Perhaps you can help me. I want to give a gift of $25 in Egyptian pounds to a friend who will be visiting Egypt at the end of October. The bank will not take care of this for under a $150 exchange.

Is there anyone in the Houston office who might happen to have $20 or $25 in Egyptian pounds that I could buy?
