I had applied Work Permit Visa in October 2011. Till date I have not received the Visa nor any correspondence. Moreover my passport is held up.Please can you Help me to get my passport back.

This company is big fraud, I checked their domain it is registered in Dec 2012 & they are saying they are in buisness since 1975 how come they goty website now just two months before. Also I called the number given they all are Quebec Number and person seems to be French the way he speaks english and company si in Markham , ontario. I got checked with my friend in toronto,Ontario at teh address given there is no such company Ajareala Construction. So please be aware and dont give any of your personel information.
A visa doesn't cost anything near "$5,000.00 USD" Nob equivalent Rs 266,347.90 INR. No real diplomat would want you to pay money into an account. What is the fake job and what is the email address the scammer is using. Post it or email it to me!

5. Working hours - 8a.m - 5p.m [Mon--Fri]
6. Vacation - 28.5 days every year
7. Salary - US$15 per hour
8. Contract - 5 years.
9. Extra work time - US$20 per hour
10. Insurance & Pension - According to American Labor laws.
