Procedure for obtaining ICC & Canadian Working visa

As advised by the company I sent a request mail to: barr.grahammarkcbsadesk@zoho.com & accordingly they sent me two forms:
1) Immigration Clearance Certificate (ICC)
2) Canadian Working visa

Also in the ICC form it has mentioned that to pay US$650 through Postal order toward the refundable fee
Kindly advice me what is the procedure for obtaining ICC & Canadian Working visa
Also advice me is that offer letter is true or fake?

Marriott hotel is an obvious fake job scam!
All Hotel job offers are fake.  No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or the United States!  There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs and you cannot get a visa for unskilled labor.
