Canada has opened Federal Skilled Worker Visa (FSW) on May 1st 2014 with additional occupations which emphasizes on a increased number of Job Opportunities in Canada. Federal Skilled Worker Visa allows you to be a Permanent Resident of Canada for five years where you would getting all the Social Benefits provided by the Government of Canada like
· Free Medicals.

Ø Once you have started the process we will assign you a process consultant who will take care of documentation assistance for entire Visa Processing.

Ø Once the documentation is done, we will forward you application to ECA which would be the first stage of your Visa Processing. At ECA you will be required to make a payment of 180 CAD – 330 CAD towards your Educational Credential Assessment, which would take about a month’s time.

Ø Once we get a positive report from ECA we will forward your application to CIC with the required IELTS score as mentioned in the evaluation report attached with rest of the documents and the Visa Fee payable to the embassy which would be 550 CAD each applicant above 22 years and 150 CAD for each applicant below 22 years. This stage will take upto 2-3 months of time after which you will receive a File Receipt Number.

Ø Once the file receipt number is generated you case will be assigned to the case officer who would perform required verification and intimate you for Medicals and Police Clearance. Post which you will have to make a payment of 490 CAD towards Right To Permanent Residency Fee.

Ø Once the embassy has done all their check on your application they will send you a Visa Grant Letter indicating you to submit your passport for Visa Stamping.

Hence the entire process would be taking about 6-8 months of time on an average and the entire cost for the Visa Application would be around 1.5 to 2.5 Lakhs depending on your family size.
Kindly note that Proof of funds are required you must show that you have enough money to support yourself and your dependents after you arrive in Canada. You must have to maintain 7 lakhs or more which would be informed to you during the process.
