All employees successfully screened and offered employment in Canadian High Commission but not
presently possessing a valid UK Work Permit/ Entry Clearance shall be expected to personally incur all
expenses as shall be related to the processing, procurement and acquisition of their UK Work Permit and
necessary entry clearance with the Immigration Consultant mandated by the Canadian High Commission
and shall be duly reimbursed. The Canadian High Commission will reimburse the employee not later than
Five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts.
You are required to send the scanned copy of your valid UK work permit to the Human Resources
department of Canadian High Commission United Kingdom on or before the 16TH JUNE, 2015 as a proof of
readiness to join us on the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption in United Kingdom and
also to enable you receive you flight ticket, traveling allowance and the first 1 month salary prior to your
departure.
For employees who do not presently possess their valid UK work permit/entry clearance they are to make
