I am not having IELTS then how you will do further processing, I got an interview letter from AHS Canada and then appointment letter to join the co,in Canada. But now they are asking me to pay the visa fees to so called canadian attroney in India named Mrs.Jessica Samme. How to know this is right or not, please help

I had got a Appiontment letter from this company.Is it Real company.They had start my process or not.Company had Appointed Mr.Richard Alex as a Immigration Officer.
