I have applied for a job at a company in Canada via e-mail, and I received an appointment letter and work contract from this company, but they tolled me that I should pay for visa fee at the Canadian embassy in New Delhi,India. So, I need to make sure that this procedures are reliable, and should I pay for visa fee or no.
