Sir/ma'am, I got a job offer for a position of Epidemiologist from Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Offer letter and Agreement bond letter was sent to me by Dr Jeffrey Buhr (Director of Development) of Royal Hospital. He has also forwarded me a number and email address to contact Sam Richards working in Canadian Embassy in New Delhi India. I have contacted Sam Richard on phone and he has asked to forward these via email:

Visa and work permit fees
All those who keep on asking if Canadian job offer which asks for paying visa and work permit fees is real or fake? This a reminder that it is fake. If they do not ask you to go to the embassy and give an interview an pay, then it is fake.
Try to understand this a huge scam where people are lured into job offer in Canada or UK or any other foreign country and then they will ask you to pay online to an account which is not in your city which belongs to some person who may not even know that a bank account has been open in their name. It's total Fraud.
Kindly please insist that you will go to the embassy and pay the embassy. That's the only genuine way you will come to know if it is fake or not.
If they convince you to pay online then it is fake.
Don't be foolish. I am already a victim and know their modus operandi.

No embassy or high commission official will ever contact you by email and ask you to pay a visa or work permit charge.
