Vidmat Oil and Gas is a scam
No real company would ever ask you to contact the real British High Commission. They just referred you to another scammer. Please read: www.scam-job-emails.tk Post the entire email or forward it to me.

Dear Sir/Mam,

STUDENT NAME: Amarpreet Singh

UCI: 90408635

APPLICATION NO.: S300378465

I received a refusal on 30th April 2013. Reason of refusal:

Purpose of Visit
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects & plan.

I wish to clarify the following points raised in my refusal letter for an application regarding study permit and re-apply for the same.

As I have applied for Study Permit, my sole purpose of visit to Canada is to study and complete my Commercial Pilot License. I have been pursuing ‘Commercial Pilot License’ for the last 2 years and have 98 hours 5 mins of flying experience on record. I wish to gain exposure and have chosen Canada for its world renowned aviation excellence and infrastructure. Thus, I want to visit Canada for completing my License with Blue Bird Academy.

India has got a wide scope in aviation owing to the intention of worldwide connectivity and planning of new air ways and I have always dreamt of becoming a successful pilot. I want an opportunity to live my dream and this would be possible if I get a chance to complete my training from Blue Bird Academy of Canada.

My father has an established wholesale clothing business in Patiala (Punjab). He is quiet well established. I am the next successor of the business, as my other sibling is married and settled with her respective family. With my career as a Commercial Pilot I would also be keeping a check on my family business as well in the coming future. Therefore, there is no point of my extended stay in Canada by the end of my studies as I want to live with my family in India.

I would also like to bring to light that according of DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CIVIL AVIATION (DGCA) regulations, later this year my recorded flying hours would eventually lapse gradually if I fail to continue my left over training. Thus, I cannot afford to extend my stay in Canada at the expense of the flying hours. So I would never want it to happen.

Regarding your concern about my proposed study not in line with my previous qualifications, I would like to bring to your attention that I hold an 98 hours of successful flying experience in plane Cessna 152, Cessna 172. I have an ( student pilot license, flight radio telephone operator licence ) I have also cleared the AIR REGULATION , AVIATION METEROLOGY AND SPECIFIC 172 R EXAMINATIONS, MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FROM TRANSPORT CANADA AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION FROM DGCA, INDIA

I would like to emphasis that I have been a very sincere and bright student throughout my academic record in India and look forward to excel in my career as well and I see myself as a successful pilot and get a chance to serve my motherland, India.
I hope you will be able to re-assess my file considering the points mentioned to answer the rejection concerns. I would be looking forward for your affirmative response this time and I hope that you will also give a chance to clarify my part, should there be any concerns.
I would be available for correspondence over amarpreet1313@gmail.com or 9464739042.

Thanks and Regards
Amarpreet Singh
