respected sir,i retired from Indian air force as a warrant officer willingly on 30Nov2009in technical trade(mechanical). now i want to migrate to Canada under skilled worker category without the help of an unofficially agent. During my 32 years of meritorious service i was commended twice by air force.please guide and help me how to get an appointment to meet Canadian Consulate
