Trinidad and Tobago have the best carnival in the whole world and the worst consulate in the whole world since may 5th waiting for my new passport no answer call numerous times no answer keep it up the world is watching
FIRST NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE,WHEN YOU GET TO THE OFFICE IS THE WORST WORST YOU CAN ENCOUNTER,I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT,NOW FORGET,I GOT THE HARDEST TIME FOR ONE OF MY MIDDLE NAMES WHICH I HAVE BEEN RENEWING SPELT THE WAY IT IS,I HAVE BEEN TO THE U.S.A PASSPORT OFFICE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS,BUT ONE STAFFER GAVE ME THE TIME OF MY LIFE,ITS YEARS AND I NEVER WENT BACK TO RENEW MY PASSPORT
It is more than time Trinidad and Tobago get out of this third world mentality and behavior just so you can get information on your passport or just to try and get my passport renewed it's a problem these people are disgusting no lie the worse...time for me to renounce this country and become an American citizen too disgusting
I have submitted my machine readable passport since early August 2015 and to date I have not received my new passport...Like others I too have not been able to connect with anyone at the advertised contact phone number for the N.Y. consulate. This is very frustrating especially since I live in another state outside of N.Y.
The entire staff at the madden lane location needs to go back to school ....they don't know how to speak to people a...why is it that your passport should have to take 8 plus months to renew ....
Its amazing that in 2015 it takes 6 months or more to renew a passport. Third world country at its best.
Since 09/03/2015, I i'm waiting on my TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO PASSPORT. All I want to know is who can help me because this is 2015 going in to 2016, why people have to wait a year or more for a passport to be renew!!!!!
On both my visits to the embassy i was meet with rude and disrespect staff they have no regard for people private and confidential business not to mention peoples time. I have been calling for a week now with no one answering the phones not even an answering system...really? In this modernized time?
It's disgusting that try to call the consulate this morning and no one from each extension they just won't pick up the phone with change in government we hope for better service
