I too have applied on 19th Jan but no response yet.

Tried talking to consulate in Mumbai, they did not provide any information.

Generally time takes for processing CSV by mumbai consulate is not guessable. For some people processed within SLA time and for some it takes longer than expected (may be 6 months / 1 year cases also there)

Dear all, I applied General work visa in FeB-2016 and after clearing from all in Jan-17 my application refuse without any reason mention and return my passport ...fedup to wait 1 year and result 0 .. can i re asses/recheck my application

Hi there, I applied on January 16th , 2017. Still in processing stage.Have tried talking with the Consulate in Mumbai and Embassy in Delhi, they dont repsond. All they say is to check with VFS. The last time checked this forum, I found out that guys who had applied in December, have got their visas in March. So,God know, when it will be processed.
I have submitted on 19th Jan. No updates yet, still in processing.
Tried calling embassy Mumbai, they do not entertain at all.
Has anyone been able to speak to them?
Iny information about backlog and when this is likely to clear?
Any body who submitted long term visa application in Jan got there visa? If yes, just mention the date of submission and date when you got it.
