Thanks for the information will do the same and send a email of complaint l am sure if enough people complain maybe something will change, because l have not found one helpful staff there from the lady at the window, to The third secretary who refuse to answer e-mail and prevent people to reach the Ambassador

After going to the embassy and meeting the staff there Filipino and from South Africa change my mind wont be going to South Africa will go Kenya instead and spend my money, with my family

I am from Capetown working in Manila for the last 3 years - l am ashamed every time l have to go to the embassy, just the way people are treated by the staff....
I have just read some of the posting I am sorry from the bottom of my heart that a embassy which is the face of South Africa is like this - trust me the rest of South Africa is not like this
I HOPE THE SOUTH AFRICA EMBASSY LOOKS AT THIS SITE TO SEE ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, I HOPE SOMEONE HIGHER UP LOOKS AT THIS SITE FROM SOUTH AFRICA, I THOUGHT I WAS A LONE CASE IM SHOCK THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS DIRECTED TO THE EMBASSY
THEY REALLY SHOULD LOOK AT WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING AND DO SOMETHING
I have travelled all over the world, and the South Africa embassy in Manila is the Worst, l am Australian but have a son in South Africa who is a minor and South African, I want him to visit me, but he needs to renew his passport, which means both parents need to sign a documents to apply for the passport sounds simple NO,the Home affairs in SA, told me to go embassy in Manila, to get a DHA -75 form to sign, but the Embassy refuse to give me the form, instead they made me a letter which Home affairs in SA does not accept it simple all l need is DHA-75 FORM, when l ask if they had the form, their response was YES, but we will not give it to you.... so in the end l cant see my Child who is South African and l miss a lot - South Africa Embassy what a shame not to help, a Dad wanting to see his Son - Embassy staff you are paid to help Wake up
