Leila
So her name is Leila. That woman is very disrespectful she should be ashamed of herself. She is so arrogant for a staff. She ought to get fired because she is such a bitch.

all the negative complaint is true!!!
Shelby and Chris!!! I experienced that as well! oh my God... I travelled from a very far island just to seek information because they refused to answer the call and moreover Leila she give me a schedule to comeback but then when I came back in the schedule she said its not done yet she told me to comeback another day and then still didn't finish. they never think about me, I am not from Manila and I have to travel back and forth. this security guard is very disrespectful as well treated me like a dog. it's only 5 minutes before 9 am but still he forced me to go down. Leila Custodio treated me like rubbish , I want to ask something but before I can say anything she already told me that she's not there to answer questions she is there just to accept any thing you will submit.!!!! oh my God!!! this must be reported.

Worst embassy and idiot staffs
I can't believe about this embassy... I can't understand what is this claim stub for? They give me the stub and when I went back to the date that was stating there... I encounter the other staff... She was white and small and skinny girl... She was asking me for more requirements that clearly is on my application already and she doesn't even know what she was talking about... Then when I went back to the next morning... Ms. Custodio ask me why I didn't went back? I was telling her I went back but it was not her I was talking to. Then she told me its. Not yet ready, she told me they will just call me... Damn it... For 2 weeks I didn't even receive any call or email from them if you try to call them none of them are willing to pick up the phone and talk to you.... If is embassy only give call to the applicants to know the result about your visa then why the hell youre giving a claim stub and only turns out you need more paper after 1 or 2 weeks of waiting. Can't you just email the applicant in advance? Or something? And your staffs are dumb.. Seriously specially the white one, skinny and not tall girl... I can't remember her name but something pronounce like Jane or something.

The most disrespectful staff part 2
By the way, my friend's daughter was a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University. She did not stoop down to Leila's level.

The most disrespectfull embassy staff I have encountered
This is what happened to a friend that applied for a mere transit visa to a job neighboring South Africa. My friend flew from Mindanao to apply for one and submitted all the documents and was asked to return on a date to pick up his passport. He requested his daughter to pick up the passport for him as he had to return back to their place. Behold, the powerful Ms.Custodio informed her the application was denied. So naturally, the daughter asked for her dad's passport back but was told arrogantly to return another day. The daughter asked for the claim stub that was given to Ms.Custodio but she told the daughter that she lost the stub and does not have the time to look for it. When the daughter started to argue, Ms.Custodio dismissed her arrogantly saying that she remembers her face already. It is unfortunate that South Africa employs people of this character on their front desk. I have worked with a lot of South Africans and the attitude shown by this Filipino staff in their embassy does not project the friendliness of South Africans. I don't consider Ms.Custodio now a true Filipino and if the South African ambassador has the sense of protecting the image of his/her country, they should get rid of Ms.Custodio. Hard to think but she might be getting commission from the different travel agencies that is why she is acting this way to force people to use the agencies instead.Just read all the posting and the true ones only tells the bad experience they had dealing with Leila Custodio.
