Frustrated
Is there an effective method of actually getting an appointment or speaking with a live person in efforts to set up an appointment to start the process for Mexican-American duel Citizenship?

I am a student traveling to Spain who is a U.S. permanent resident, but has a Mexican passport. Do I need a visa to travel in Spain or any other western European country. Even though I'm only traveling for one month.

Move to Mexico
I am Mexico-born living in the U.S. and plan on moving back to Mexico. My wife and kids are U.S. born...I would like to get them the Mexican citizenship, but found out they need to reside 2 years in the country. In the meantime, do they need visas to stay in the country? what is the best way to process their naturalization? Thanks.
