Please answer you phone (877-639-4835) so I can make an appointment to review my passport. I have been trying for the past 3 weeks during the working hours and no one has answered me. My mom, who lives in Mexico, is very sick and I need to see her before her health gets worse.
que mala experiencia eh tenido en el consulado supuestamente estan para ayudar a nuestra propia gente pero son tan racistas y desgraciados nisiquiera porque somos del mismo pais, por eso Mexico esta como esta por gente tan desgraciada como esta no nos ayudamos ni anosotros mismos. me voy a ir a quejar al para que cambien a los empleados todos deberiamos hacer lo mismo

TODOS LOS FUNCIONARIOS DEL CONSULADO DE SALT LAKE ...QUE NOS PASA !!!!!!!
Me lleve una mal experiencia y triste a la vez.
La empleada Susana me trato muy despotamente al grado de faltarme al respeto diciendome que esa era una pregunta estupida. Considero que en una entidad federal como lo es el consulado no puede haber alguien trabajando asi. Es un poco falto de etica profesional.
You need to call Mexitel 1-877-639-4835. That's for passports, matricula consular...etc.
En Mexitel todos son muy amables pero no puedo decir lo mismo del consulado. Son muy pero muy groseros! Que triste!

Es una pena que tenga que ser el consulado de MEXICO. No importa a que hora llame uno, no contestan el telefono. Que mal servicio y que mala reputacion la que tenemos como Mexicanos.
