Gift to friends in Mexico
Amazon won’t deliver gift to my friends who live in Mexico. Can I send my gift through the Mexican Consulate? Right now the USPS is not delivering any kind of mail in a reasonable length of time. Anybody have an answer?

Temporary Work Visa for a Wedding Photographer
I was contacted to photograph a destination wedding in Mexico. What form would I need to fill out to obtain a temporary work visa for that day and how far in advance would I need to submit it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Please help Americans get to your site.
When trying to get on the website for information. It says it cannot be found. I have found the problem. When hearing the message in English a Non Spanish American speaker we expect the word GOV for government. It is actually GOB. If they can clarify that it would help. Perhaps spelling it GOB and maybe clairfing it. Perhaps by spelling it and saying the word is spelled GOB not GOV it would help-

Thank you

Mexico VAT refund.
Made a purchase in Cozumel on June 21, 2018. Visited the kiosk and provided all required information. Have since sent 3 emails to "info@moneyback.mx" re: when my credit card would receive the credit (just under $300), and have yet to receive the courtesy of a response. Have seen a number of comments on-line that the VAT refund is a nothing but a scam. I am beginning to believe so.

Vacation in Mexico
I have visited Mexico many times and have enjoyed my winter vacations there. I am now looking for a more in depth vacation to Mexico. I was primarily interested in the Jews of Mexico and was wondering if there were historic tours with such information.

I am political prisoner in U.S.
I have a wife and two children in Mexico. I came back to the U.S. to visit my family and apply to renew my passport. I received notice my passport would not be renewed. How do I return to my family in Mexico?

Need information
Im in The mexican community 6 days a week working and preaching. A lot of the friends are nervous, what can I do to help then relax? Some have been here for 11-18 years with kids born here. Can I encourage them to come to your office to obtain paper work, or any information?

Syrian Passport Holder and a permanent resident of the US
Hello,

Im a syrian citizen and I hold a valid syrian passport, and I'm also a US permanent resident in Michigan for the past 4 years. I'm planning on visiting cancun for a week with friends in April. Do I need to apply for a visa to go visit? are there any restrictions on syrian passport holders?

Thanks
