Can not reach a live person through the phone.
Yes I have now tried twice(2) times to reach the consulate to no avail. Asked to leave a message and have and still no return phone call. It has now been over 30 days and no response. What is a person to do that is trying to help a resident of Mexico get help here when your own consulate refuses to return calls?

I want to work in Mexico
I want to work/live in Playa del Carmen, MX. I was told that I need a Visa from the Mexican Consulate. If this is true how do I go about doing this and is there other information I should know before living there and buying a place to live?

Cuban traveling to Mexico
Hi I am Cuban and would like to join my husband whose father passed away in Ensenada, Mexico. My questions is this I am currently a Permanent Resident in the United States. Is there any special document I need to present to go into Mexico. Since there in only one Cuban embassy in the United States would I need a Cuban passport?
