The service
I thought the point of making an appointment was to speed up the process. Specially because of the demand of documents. When I arrived there was no signs at sight to direct traffic, I asked the security guard, and not amused he asked if I had an appointment I said Yes, and pointed to my left and said take a sit over there. I asked will someone call my name or number? And again he said I will call you when they are ready for you. When I checked in the lady was polite and helpful, when my name was called the gentleman was chatting with everyone while I stand there he asked to spell my sister's last name and I spelled it in English and he said "Can you spell it in Spanish". My Spanish isn't great but shouldn't everyone speak English here? The cashier was not helpful she was too busy complaining about how she was not trusted enough there. After three attempts I was told to come back in two hrs to Window #9. Overall very disappointed at the service, I can say the people in the waiting area was feeling the same way since I overheard more than a few people complaining.

FREE MARINE SGT TAHMORESSI
TREATMENT OF OUR U S VETS IS DISGUSTING. I'M SURE I WILL NOT VISIT MEXICO ANYTIME SOON. HOPEFULLY YOUR OFFC CAN PLAY SOME POSITIVE ROLE IN CONTACTING THE MEXICAN GOVT TO RELEASE SGT TAHMORESSI. THIS IS DISHEARTENING TO READ ABOUT THE SGT AND THE APPEARANCE OF THE MEXICAN GOVT POOR TREATMENT.
