My Son is stuck in Mexico, because when he went to order his passport at the Cabos San Lucas-American Embassy, everything was forwarded to Tijuana and Tijuana denied it because Now they want his Hospital Certificate!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding??? Wasn't his state Id, Social Security and Original Wisconsin Birth Certificate enough!!
This is ridiculous!!!! I'm going to call them and if something happens to my Son because they couldn't issue him his passport to come back home... I will hold them responsible!!!!!!!!!!
