WHY DID YOU REMOVE MY COMMENT?
I have a family member that is at the La Mesa Prison in Tijuana. I got him an atty, he sits in a cell w/23 people except when the us consulate comes they move americans to show only 6 in a cell. No translator, no evidence, beaten, shocked w/electricity. So to my point I receive visiting guidelines so I can go visit. The information is dangerously wrong and out dated. I will afford courtesy to the consulate and provide them info on where they are wrong so they can quickly confirm and change the information they give US citizens. If they fail to act I will disclose the horrors I encountered twice because of their info/guidelines. I fear more unjustice will come to my family member if I complain now.

U.S. CONSULATE: THE MISSION VIEJO COMMUNITY CHURCH OF MISSION VIEJO, CA WILL BE VISITING AN ORPHANAGE APPROX. 8 MILES SOUTH OF TIJUANA TO TAKE FOOD, CLOTHES, AND LOVE TO THE CHILDREN WHO RESIDE THERE. OUR VISIT WILL BE ONLY ONE DAY- OCT. 8, 2011. I BELIEVE THERE WILL BE SEVERAL CHURCH VANS CROSSING THE BORDER FOR THIS EVENT.
