Marriage license true love we were married in Tijuana, Mexico. Can you help me? What information do I need in order to obtain the actual legal copy of my marriage certificate?
We need to obtain a copy of my husbands birth certificate whom was born in Tijuana. I need to know how and where can I go to get a copy...we are trying to obtain his Mexican passport as we plan to travel in August... Thanks in advance

The Mexican consulate took my birth certificate when I applied for a passport. I would like to get the original back. Where can I go in Tijuana, Mexico to get one?

I have a son who is 15 years old about to be 16 years old, born in Tijuana Mexico, I only have his birth registration. We tried getting him a state I.D. in Washington State (USA) they said they cannot use this as a birth certificate. I assumed this was his birth certificate at birth.
