Ceremony location in Toronto?
I’m registering for a British citizenship, from Toronto, and need to know the location of the Toronto office where the ceremony is held, after the process. I need to add the address of where I’ll be attending the ceremony on the registration form, so need to know ASAP. If anyone can advise it’s much appreciated. Tx. ~A

British Citizenship by Descent
Hello,

I would like to know if I qualify for British Citizenship by decent? I was born in Canada in March/77 to a mother who was/still is a British Citizen (born in the U.K.) and my maternal grandmother was a British Citizen (also born in the U.K.).
Is this possible for me? I have done some searching about a rule that was made retroactive (1979) because many British citizen abroad did not hear about the change in rule.

Many thanks,
Jacqueline
