I am an Armenian citizen, and need a UK visa to take part in an educational conference.
I have a residency permit in Greece, please, could you let me know where whether I could apply for a visa from Greece directly without having to leave for my country?
If not, please, could you advise what other options do I have to get the visa from here?

ahi! Im a Colombian citizen married with a Greek person and living here in Greece for the last 4 years, legally resident. My passport though is Colombian. Ive travelled with no other papers than my resident greek card to other Europen countries like Spain and Italy last year. What papers do i need to travel to England? do i need visa or can i just go like any other european citicen?
