Thankyou
Just wanted to write to say a massive thankyou for the help of Renatta. Having booked a holiday package through a travel agent, I arrived in the early hours of the morning to find out I wasn't booked in and they weren't expecting me. I had to pay to stay, the next morning I contacted the Embassy to exlain my situation and that I couldn't get hold of the travel agent. She immediately phoned them for me and got the agents to call me so we could discuss what to do. I was moved to another hotel, I had to pay again, although now in the process of trying to get reimbursed.
I was a solo traveller and extremely upset to have arrived to this, Renatta was very helpful and calming and reassured me I would be okay.
So a big thanks again to the British Embassy in Heraklion x
