Im a New Zealand citizen (26 years old) and I'm here in Germany for the time being. I've been in the UK before. is it possible to apply for a work visa or entry clearance while?

I the undersigned Mohamed Ahmed MAO, somalian citizen, living in Germany with my family since March 1996.
I and my wife have a Germany travel document for foreigners and an indeterminate residency! (unbefristet Niederlassungserlaubnis)
Our five children have a Germany national. Our child 11 years who is Germany national, she does not need an entry visa in to the UK and she would like to visit in the UK, but she is not allowed to travel alone! We as the Parents would like to travel with her together! DO WE NEED A VISA?
I need advice / help on UK Visa applications for us.
