Hello. I live in Cyprus and want to visit my brother in England but want go together with my wife. Im from Latvia and i dont need visa going to England but she is from Russia( she have yellow paper and all documents to live in Cyprus legally) we want just to visit our family for the christmas. Can we apply for a visa in ambasy and how long it will take.
