My son in law applied for spouse visa based on marriage to a uk National On 30 July.
A decision was reached by 3rd of August within 5 days even before the supporting doccuments haf reached the office in Sheffield.
Can someone help and guide me please as to what exactly happened here.

Hi. My boyfriend is a UK citizen. He went there in Cyprus for a Job but apparently he finished the contract out of schedule, in short he had an overstay issue. A day prior for the payment of the over stay issues, all his things was gone even the payment money. All he had left was his passport. What Can you advise regarding this situation. His credit Card was put ON hold and he has no money on Hand but he Has money but its in the UK. What advise can you give him? Thank you.
