At the moment UKBA are processing visa's for April 2012 applicants, however a lot of April applicants have been granted settlement visa, I am not sure about May but if any May-June applicants have heard anything then please let us know. Inshallah everyone will hear good news
Brother my husband applied on 28/06/12 and it is still under process at BHC, so I'm sort of in the same time frame as you.
and 95 per cent of settlement applications within 12 weeks of the application date and 100 per cent within 24 weeks of the application date.
Please note that we define 1 week as 5 working days.

Dear thats wat im telling. 5 days is one week count 12 week come to total of 90 days..Again if i start counting the days from 22 of june till today working days are approx 70 but if i count as a whole week it is more than a 12 weeks

HI ALL syed thats not true at all they class 5 working days as 1 week plus on there website it says 12 weeks to 24 weeks

I was just going through with this web site, and found one thing we all are talking abt the time frame that to is our 12th week or so on, please bear in mind that 90 or 120 days mean working days you cannot count the weekends in it. For exam like i ve mention before that i ve applied on 22nd of june so technically my 90 days will be over on 21 oct and on the other hand its almost 4 months.
Any way i wish and pray for all of u and for my self,

I have applied for the settlement visa on 22 June 2012, As per the web site its still under process 07/06/2012 (Last Update) after that no update, does any one applied on the same date? if yes what is the out come? and how long will it take now days?
