Salaam guys, just a bit of an update. My husband had a phone call from BHC today. They asked him about his date of birth, my date of birth and whether my husband was aware that I had my previous nikah done in Pakistan 7 years ago (although that marriage didnt go ahead, there was no rukhsati or anthing, the nikah ended up in a khula in the end due to family issues).
They also asked my husband if he knows why my previous marriage ended, what was the name of that guy (my so-call ex husband), how long it lasted for and if my my ex-husband ever came to UK. My husband told them its got nothing to do with our existing marraige, he was never interested to find out the details all he knows is that the marriage didnt go ahead due to my wife and her family's personal issues and the guy didnt go to UK.
BHC told my husband a decision will be made in a couple of days... please guys do make dua for my husband and of course I will pray that we all hear good good news this week Inshallah. my heart is pounding as to what the outcome will be :(
