Yep, one of my job is temp, 30 hour contract, and breaks are deducted, so every week I was working different hours between 27.5 - 30, and they refused me on this, because the hours did not match up to 30, which is a joke, i was above the £18,600 limit,they could have contacted my work to confirm, it's a big well known company I work for,
Bro did you find out the exact reason for refusal?
I seen my wife's letter if refusal, and they have refused me for such a small thing, which don't make sence, I don't think bht have any fixed standard if looking at cases

yeah it looks no grounds to refuse... you now should have grounds to sue.. emotional damages
u knw we provided employmnt letters & contract letters as well but they r sayin adress phon nmbr & email adress of employer z not enough to verify job..wht else should b mention there??
