Oc means documents are sent over to abu dahbi then in 3 months you should hear the time limit is with in 6 months keep praying i hope this helps where about in eng land is your other half
And what does OC means it is in islamabad or same where else can anyone tell me?

Dont worry too much aliya some times it can change after 3 months they have to check all the paper work
Can anyone plz tell me what happens if ur medical certificate expires while the application is in process?? Can I submit a new medical certificate abt 20 days after I have submitted my application??

i applied from karachi on 18 junend status remaain same till now why this thing happen to me i am really worried please tel ididsame
Appealed and deadline has nearly passed not heard anything even MP wrote letter and contacted BHC but no resposne
anything i can do as lawyer is saying court dates will be end of december forget that
My monthly after tax is 1600 or above monthly, annually am on 22k plus
The reason stated was that commission is not garentied and nor is overtime therefore i do not meet the financial reuirment as my basic salary is 15403
I have read that appeals can take as little as 9 months and up to years, on the basis of my rejection the solicitore advised if i have previous 1 year payslips with commission i can take that to an appeal and challange the choice but i have only been workig about 8 months now
Can u give me the details for this women please?
If my commission is classified as part of my bet pay then i will appeal
