Saiqa arent ur 24 weeks up?
u should phone them and tell them that ur 24 weeks r up now? On the UKBA website they have wrote
"We aim to process 95 per cent of settlement applications within 12 weeks and 100 per cent within 24 weeks of the application date. "
Hi i applied on 8 april 2013 been over 5 months and few weeks still no answer and i am very worried its taking a long time why??? Also please can anyone tellme is 6 months the maxium time for spouse visa??
