collected today and Visa rejected bcoz of less income of £13000 per anum

They email me to provide more doccuments otherwise my case will b put on hold..
how did you find out that they asked for more Documents , did they email you or rang you , how did they got contact you . because , my status hasn't changed since I applied , it says forwarded INSLAMABAD OC , this is all , and I don't even know what is going on , please make DUWAAH for me
I receive the email and text... And i really dont know abbout the doccuments coz my husband send them from manchester u.k
