When did u apply?
Am sure they do take inaccount bonuses and overtime becAuse first time applied i met the income threshold on bonus and overtime. I hope they still are because i have applied again on bonuses. Am getting scared now.
why they are not grant my visa,even documents again provide
Aww thank u sunset hun im soooo confuzed i just dont know its taking ages also im sure if it was on hold they should have told me so sis just dnt know whats they them long ... As of yet i have not any april applicants that actually heard back.....

Akbar they cannot take into account any overtime or bonuses as you will have to earn £18600 annually. Bonuses and overtime are not guaranteed and they cannot be put towards your annual income, if you read the financial fm guide on the home office website this will guide you how you can meet the financial criteria.
Inshallah in March the high court will be in favour of the public as the income threshold of £18600 is not reasonable as not every individual will be earning this amount or have savings of £16000
Saiqa: inshallah you will hear something soon, I don't believe your application is on hold as I'm sure you would have been informed earlier.
Our application is coming to 7 months on the 16th Nov as well

they sent a letter to my wife. they didnt take into account my bonuses or overtime. im confused. i have spoke to a solicitor whos guna call me on monday.may allah help us all get our visas ameen.
Hi saiqa if u hav been waiting that lng u must be on hold . . . U shud fax them or get a solicitor to fax them on ur behalf

Im still waiting..... Going to be full 7 months on 8 nov.....
I also applied at 19/07/13 not heard anything.still waiting
