Comments on this High Commission
I understand you are a refugee but you given protection which is Asylum. Asylum is protection given by a country to someone who is fleeing persecution in their own country. It is given under the 1951 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees. To be recognised as a refugee, you must have left your country and be unable to go back because you have a well-founded fear of persecution.
If they have text you to say your application is under process then inshallah give it a month and they will be in contact with you. They will now complete all routine checks, don't worry about the online status that never changes in some cases.
Inshallah you will get visa soon.
Thanks for your good information about my family visa process. i tell you i am not asylum s, i live in uk as a refugee can you tell me about refugee family visa information. 2 week ago i recived text on my mobile my application under process british high commicion islambad but showing internet my application forwarded to islambad oc.can you tell me how long time take dession.
Hope inshallah they all will be granted their visas.
Remember us all in your duas.
If I am understanding this properly, you are applying under asylum. The process should take up to 6 months with all routine checks etc. If there are dependent children involved in your application they will investigate further just to ensure the safety and well being of them when they join you. Don't worry about the status forwarded to Islamabad OC, the BHC are very lazy and do not update the status.

Salam Sister
My brothers and nephew got married this year. I was planning on going to see family in Pakistan so in October I took all the docs there and helped my sister in laws to submit visa apps.
Inshallah all will be well... Allah knows best.... All we can do is continue duas for all.
How many times have you applied?
Hope inshallah it all works out for you. Remember us all in your duas, we all know how hard it is to live miles away from our life partners so when making dua for yourself remember each other and make dua. Inshallah someone's dua will be accepted.
This is a testing time for all of us and remember Allah swt tests his loved ones, take it as a blessing as inshallah we will be rewarded for this struggle.
Walikum salaam sister
We only submitted the applications in October 2013. Two showing under process at BHC the other still showing forwarded to Islamabad OC. I'm grateful for yours and others continuos feedback. I was also worried that the third app may have been lost in transit as it's status was the same from day one. After reading posts here it's evident that the BHC are just plain lazy and change statuses when they want to.
Inshallah I'm hoping that I'll hear something soon. I too applied for the apps in Mirpur.
Jazakallah sister
Ohh dnt worry then! If u sent all the correct documents u will b fine inshallah
Thy havnt contect me yet. It says tht its on process with bhc... I send 6 mounths payslips,a cover leter, 6 months bank statement. Hope inshallah we well all hear soon
