They should stamp the statements and sign them especially if the bank are the ones that printed them off. I know this because i got it done, they said they could stamp n sign as long as it was them printing it off and not the copy i had from home online banking.

I ordered my statements on the friday, and they were dispatched on the monday. I was told on the phone they would take 5 working days, at the bank i was told 7 to 10 working days!

I am putting a complaint in at TSB there service is ridiculous giving my circumstances.

Hi sam, they will not accept any printed out bank statements unless stamped and signed by the bank . Do not risk sending statements unless they are the official ones with the banks name etc on it OR if they are printed off then they MUST be signed & stamped

Its an imperative requirement if you look at the BHH's guidelines.

Why don't you go to the bank and they will print them and stamp them for you, I had this done in April and now again in November. BHC accepted them in April so hopefully inshallah will accept them this time again.

Not sure about printing out yourself online and sending, I don't think they accept these.

Please remember us all in your duas

Hey hope ur ok, i just ewanted to ask, i have ordered statements, bt they still haven't come after asking the bank i was told i wud have to wait 7 to 10 days.
I have a printed statement but its not official, and they refused to stamp and sign it because of fraud, or some excuse they gave!

I have original statements from march to September, but i have not got the recent statement, to cover September onwards.

Will they accept the printed statement, which hasnt been signed etc!?
